Breaking the Rules

i playing your server and im killing my spot and İnfinity come then his KS but i read rules KS is not allowed im warn him 3 times but his not listen me pls take caring

And I have one person breaking rules "3. Don`t make PK or KS on spots = Ban 1 Day."
The name of this player is MinoWhite below i host the screens showed this situation.I warn him but he didnt listen me so I must did that.
